芋煮会

秋の休日は側近と芋煮会です。

今回は炭使わずカセットコンロ使用です。∵片付け簡単なため（∵は数学記号＝なぜならば）

タフマルjrは初出番です。専用のハードケースがついているので収納が楽でさらに小さくてよいデス。

風が強くこれも初出番のウインドスクリーンが役に立つと思ってましたが、テーブルの上では固定しずらいですね。段ボールで十分かと・・・。準備は段取りよく行きましたが、そもそも何故かスタートが大幅に遅れました！

今回は山形ふーです！

HIT商品！ダイソーの鍋！コスパ最強です！調味料のブレンドがちょうどいい！

天気は良いのですが風アリでちょっと寒いですね。

もちろん燻製も出番です。ヒッコリーとサクラ両方試してみました。

サクラのほうが色つきますね。これは絶品です！

うどんでしめますが・・・・腹いっぱいです。

秋の風物詩芋煮会はいつになっても楽しいものです。

次回は焼き芋にするかな。
